Do I need an appointment?
Not for quick fixes like punctures or brake adjustments — just walk in. For full services or rebuilds, book ahead so we can set aside proper bench time.
Do you fix e-bikes?
Yes, we service the mechanical side of e-bikes — brakes, gears, wheels and drivetrains. Battery and motor diagnostics are handled case by case, so ask when you drop off.
How long do repairs take?
Simple jobs like punctures or pad swaps are usually done same-day, often while you wait. Full tune-ups and rebuilds typically take 24–48 hours depending on parts.
Do you sell parts?
We stock common tubes, tyres, cables, pads and chains, and can order in anything else. Ask at the counter and we'll tell you what's on the shelf.
Can I wait while you fix my bike?
Absolutely — the workshop's open for browsing and there's a bench by the window. Quick jobs are usually quicker than a coffee run.
